Premier Block Management (PBM) has been selected by Signia to manage their brand new Build-to-Rent apartment block next to Wembley Park.
Signia Court comprises 17 one bedroom, 15 two bedroom and 7 three bedroom apartments, each has a balcony and has been finished to the highest standard.
As part of their holistic approach, PBM will be responsible for managing the upkeep of the block as well as the apartments, ensuring all areas are well looked after. As well as managing the property, PBM will also manage the lettings of the individual apartments.
A dedicated team will manage the whole process from start to finish including taking professional photos, listing the apartments, vetting prospective tenants and managing the contracts. Thereafter, PBM will be dealing with any tenant related issues, arranging maintenance and making sure all residents receive an excellent customer experience.
