2019 - Dominvs Group is planning a mixed-use development that includes 1,000 residential units. JLL is offering space to let in the warehouse for the short term.

The development sits within Wembley Growth Area, east of Quintain's Wembley Park development and south of Wealdstone Brook. Close to Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium.
