2020 September - Ealing Council grants permission for: Demolition of all existing buildings and hardstandings and erection of affordable and market residential development (Use Class C3) in 5 blocks, communal space, plant rooms, cycle and disability car parking, refuse/recycling storage, electricity sub-station, new service road, vehicular and pedestrian accesses and associated highway works, new amenity space and landscaping. Ref. no. 201888FUL.

2019 - The first public exhibition was held in July 2019. Second exhibition was held 27-28 November 2019.
