The Wiltern is a Build-to-Rent development in Perivale, London UB6.
The petrol filling station to the north of the Tesco’s car park is replaced with a new Art Deco style building, designed by award-winning architects HTA.

2020 May - Planning approved for: Construction of a part 16-storey, part 15-storey and part 10-storey residential building to accommodate 278 residential units with additional ancillary communal multi-use space, basement vehicle parking, refuse and cycles stores, landscaping and associated works including alterations to existing car park and access (following demolition of petrol filling station) and installation of sub-station. 2020 January - Second round of consultation events to show the community the revised proposals on January 10th and 11th 2020. The proposed building is no longer visible behind the Hoover Building from the opposite pavement to the southside of the A40.
