Progress Update

Piling is underway for Vastint UK’s three new office buildings at Sugar House Island, reports architect Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher.

Once complete the scheme will provide 40,000 sqft of flexible space at ground floor level, 290,000 sqft of office floor space and fantastic public realm and roof terraces.

Alongside the construction site, a large scale three-storey mock-up has been erected to test final details for the precast concrete façades and discharge material planning conditions.

Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher is working closely with Vastint UK’s appointed specialist contractors to ensure successful delivery of the project.
