BlueStar Capital Investments redeveloped 6-7 Grosvenor Place, at the corner of Halkin Street and Grosvenor Place, to create a new luxury private members' club. The team is led by Brian Clivaz.
The club offers a variety of drawing rooms, lounges, a billiards room, bridge room, and dining rooms. These include co-working space, private dining and meeting rooms.
A new coffee shop is on the ground floor of the mews building on Headfort Place with the entrance on Halkin Street.
Also known as Project Phoenix.
History
2022 - Expected completion of the development by Bluestar Investments UK SARL.
1919 - Forum Club, the first private club exclusively for women, is established by Alice Williams and Fanny Laming in 1919.
1869 - Originally built in 1867-69 to designs made by Thomas Cundy III, as part of the development at 6-16 Grosvenor Place.
