Description of The Butterfly
The Butterfly is a mixed-use development in the City of London E1.
The new building will comprise ground plus 12 storeys and 3 basement levels providing modern commercial office accommodation. Below ground are basement levels for retail, leisure, cycle parking and plant rooms whilst a shared service area on Goodmans Yard will provide unloading and recycling facilities for both the retail and office accommodation.
The existing Lloyds Chambers is to be demolished.
The Site is bounded by Goodman’s Yard to the south, Mansell Street to the east and Portsoken Street to the north.
