Cashmere Wharf
A 25-storey tower will accommodate Manhattan, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Completions from Q3 2021 - Q2 2022.

History

The site was previously occupied by News International and was home to The Times, Sunday Times, The Sun and the News of the World for almost 30 years.

The development included the demolition of all existing buildings on site except for the Pennington Street Warehouse, which is Grade II Listed and the refurbishment of Times House, which sits between Pennington Street and the Highway.

2018 April - Cashmere Wharf launches.
2014 September - official UK launch.
2014 January - planning permission granted by London Borough of Tower Hamlets council.
2012 May - St Geroge acquires London Docks site.
