London Dock's first new building Clipper Wharf has completed.
The 57-home residential development comprising of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, is part of the first phase of the 220,000 sqm regeneration.
Patel Taylor was appointed by St George to design the masterplan, the Phase 1 buildings and the landscape for London Dock.
Next in line to be completed are two more Patel Taylor-designed apartment buildings at Gauging Square - Admiral Wharf and Alexander Wharf.

St George is launching Emery Wharf at London Dock this Saturday and Sunday 13th and 14th May 2017, with a selection of Manhattan suites, one bedroom Manhattan and one, two and three bedroom apartments available from £539,950.
The first phase of London Dock was completed in December 2016, with residents moving into their new homes in Clipper Wharf and the first of 6.5 acres of public space opened. This included the unveiling of Trading Words; a public art installation inspired by the historic lists of goods imported and exported via London over the past 400 years. St George will be partnering with Peabody to deliver the first 70 affordable homes at its London Dock development. St George is converting Times House, the former Times magazine offices, into a mix of social and affordable rented family homes.
Work will commence in spring 2015, with the first residents moving in in late 2017.

The first release, Admiral Wharf, will comprise a stunning collection of highly specified one, two and three bedroom apartments, with well-appointed kitchens and bathrooms and enviable air conditioned living spaces.
