Great Portland Estates has now stripped out the building,
commenced demolition and awarded the main construction contract. The existing building will be turned into 74,700 sq ft of Grade A office and retail space.
Average office rents are targeted across the building of around £51.40 per sq ft, with delivery expected in Q4 2019 following the opening of the nearby Whitechapel Crossrail station.
