Bellamy Close and Byng Street is a residential-led mixed-use development in the Isle of Dogs, London E14.

One housing Group is building 149 homes with ca 680m² space for creative workspace use providing active frontages to the street and a new area of public realm connecting Byng Street to Manilla Street.

The apartment building will have a mixture of social rent, shared ownership and private homes. The development includes 24 new homes for the existing residents.

The HTA designed new 26 storey tower and 12 new houses are 50% affordable.

All homes will have a private balcony, roof terrace or garden.
