Mill Harbour is a mixed-use development by Ballymore and Sun Hung Kai Properties on the Isle of Dogs, London E14.

Mill Harbour is an urban village with 1,690 new homes across six buildings designed by Howells architects.

The scheme also includes two schools, 64,000 sq ft of commercial space, two parks and a children’s play area. A ‘People’s Park’ and civic square will be at the heart of the development, with new cultural institutions including a theatre. Amenities also include gyms, creche, and a range of informal working spaces.

The development offers a network of opportunities for people to do things collectively within a walkable distance.

There will be zero emissions on-site and all power is supplied by electricity. The site will create over 43,000 sq ft of green space with over 200 new trees.
