In East City Point development's second phase, The Atrium Building, a selection of contemporary apartments are being created to offer stylish homes, with an emphasis on environmentally friendly living but also boasting the latest trends in interior design, perfect for busy professionals.

Eco features will include double glazing, green roofs, solar panels and an energy centre to supply some of the heat and power, resulting in lower utility bills with homes achieving a minimum Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 offering low heating, power and water consumption.
East City Point is a Housing Design Award winning development, which once complete, will provide 649 much needed new homes.
