Overview

Woolwich Reach is a mixed-use development by Notting Hill Genesis overlooking River Thames next to Royal Victoria Gardens in London E16.

History

The site used to be home to the former Pavillion pub and sits opposite the former North Woolwich station.

2018 April - Newham Council grants planning permission for the scheme. Higgins Construction starts work with a £21 million contract.
2014 December - Notting Hill Housing Group acquires the site.
2003 - The site becomes vacant.
