Description of 14 Westfield Avenue

14 Westfield Avenue is an office development in Stratford, London E20.

Once completed, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) will be moving into the building developed by Westfield.

Amenities will include a roof garden and a cafe between the two buildings on the M7 site opposite to International Quarter London South.

History

The site was originally used for a range of railway related uses.

2017 December - HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) signs an agreement to lease ca. 240,000sq ft at 14 Westfield Avenue, on a 25 year lease. About 3,800 HMRC employees will be based over eight floors in the 12-storey building, which will also be home to a new customer laboratory to help test new services with customers. HMRC was advised by JLL.
