History
The site was originally used for a range of railway related uses.
2017 December - HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) sign an agreement to lease ca. 240,000sq ft at 14 Westfield Avenue, on a 25-year lease. About 3,800 HMRC employees will be based over eight floors in the 12-storey building, which will also be home to a new customer laboratory to help test new services with customers. HMRC was advised by JLL.
