East Wick & Sweetwater is a mixed-use development in London E20.
Phase 1 - Construction due to commence towards the end of 2017 and due to complete in 2020.
- 302 residential units, with a mixture of a private sale, private rented and affordable housing
3000+ sq. m non-residential space (including nursery, retail, estate management)

Phase 2 - East Wick phase 2 includes ca 180 residential units and the delivery of the ‘Garden Square’ including play space. Phase 2 construction commenced in 2018.
Sweetwater will create ca 650 homes, including family, affordable (31%) and private rented housing with private gardens and communal green space alongside the Lee Navigation canal.
The neighbourhood will feature a new primary school, a new nursery, community space, a library and a health centre. The beautiful canal-side park along the Lee Navigation canal will improve the existing towpath for pedestrians and cyclists, providing spaces for play and recreation.
New bridges will connect Hackney Wick, Fish Island and the Park.
