A limited number of apartments remaining within Cook House, the second of three buildings at Endeavour, where Fairview has just opened a new 2-bedroom show apartment.
The Walworth show apartment features a contemporary open-plan kitchen/living/dining room and comprises 779 sq ft of floor space, with a ground floor terrace to the front and a private garden to the back.
A range of 2-bedroom apartments are currently available, priced from £399,000. The last 1-bedroom home is priced at £380,000 and the final 3-bedroom apartment for £499,000.
Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, commented: “Endeavour has been a popular development with a wide range of buyers due to its well-connected location and the good mix of homes available to be purchased using London Help To Buy.
“Now, with the release of homes in our final phase, our new 2-bedroom show apartment will give buyers a taste of what life could be like at Endeavour.
“We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our new show apartment in Cook House and to seeing the final residents moving into their homes at Endeavour over the next few months.”
Fairview is building 66 apartments for sale at Endeavour, located on Hickman Avenue, and is selling the homes from its Marketing Suite on The Avenue, opposite Highams Park station.
Homes include kitchens with white high gloss units and integrated appliances, and each apartment features a balcony or terrace.
The Endeavour Marketing Suite is open 7 days a week – from 10am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends, with late opening on Tuesdays and Thursdays from midday to 7pm.
