Overview

57 Berkshire Road is a mixed-use development in Hackney Wick, London E9.

The development on the former warehouse site will comprise two buildings with 1627 sqm (17,500 sqft) of commercial space and 39 new homes.

A new road to the south of the site will be created, running the length of the development. The main entrance to apartments will be on the new road.
