The development on the former warehouse site will comprise two buildings with 1627 sqm (17,500 sqft) of commercial space and 39 new homes.
A new road to the south of the site will be created, running the length of the development. The main entrance to apartments will be on the new road.

Duplex units are on levels four and five.
Some will be for private sale, some for Affordable Rent and some for Shared Ownership.
