Overview

Bridge House and Marian Court regeneration project involves the full redevelopment of the estate in Hackney, London E9.

The scheme will replace properties that didn't meet modern standards with high-quality new council homes.

The original Bridge House and Marian Court contained 135 homes, which will be replaced with:

- 80 council homes for social rent;
- 118 council homes for shared ownership;
- 77 homes for private sale to help pay for them with little government funding for social housing.

The designs for Bridge House were led by Hawkins Brown architects. Marian Court was designed by Adam Khan Architects and muf architecture/art.

75 homes at Bridge House and will be completed in 2019.

160 new homes at Marian Court are scheduled to start in 2022.
