150 Holborn is an office development in London Midtown EC1.

The 185,000 sq ft mixed-use development over 9 floors will contain retail units on the ground floor and a neighbouring residential block containing 13 apartments. The development will provide space for a number of companies under the Dar Group, including Dar, Perkins + Will, Currie & Brown, Elementa, IPA Advisory, Penspen and Maffeis.

The building will feature a central entrance lobby, a street-facing café, exhibition and reception space, an atrium with feature staircase and sweeping roof pavilion with roof gardens.

The project will target sustainability measures including BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Platinum and SKA Gold.

2021 Q2 - Planned completion.

2018 - Planning permission from London Borough of Camden for: Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment for mixed-use development up to nine storeys in height comprising 12,862 sqm GIA office floorspace (Use Class B1), 1,480 sqm GIA retail floorspace (Use Class A1-A3), 13 residential units (Use Class C3), improvements to the public realm and all other necessary enabling works. McLaren Construction has been appointed as the main contractor to deliver the construction works for Dar Group’s new UK headquarters at 150 Holborn.

Demolition is carried out by John F Hunt and will commence in August 2018 with construction works beginning in December 2018. The development is due to complete late 2020.
