Description of Twenty Hatton Wall

Twenty Hatton Wall is a collection of seven apartments in Clerkenwell, London EC1.

Boultbee Brooks Real Estate completed the refurbishment and construction of 22 Hatton Wall, Black Bull Yard and 20 Hatton Wall in July.

BBRE Managing Director, Clive Boultbee-Brooks commented: “A huge amount of work has gone into the design and construction of the refurbished property, led by GPAD who were the architect for the project. Colliers International has been appointed to showcase the new residential development Twenty Hatton Wall.

The project comprises seven 1-3 bedroom newly constructed apartments with prices starting from £695,000.

The development is located in short walking distance to Farringdon, Barbican and Exmouth Market. Homeowners can cycle to Covent Garden within 10 minutes, the Tate Modern in 18 minutes and Spitalfields Market in 14 minutes. Liverpool Street and Kings Cross both take around five minutes via London Underground.
