Hackney Council has decided to grant planning permission for 225 City Road, reports architect AHMM.

The mixed-use development comprises commercial workspace and 100 private rented sector homes. These will be supported by new retail, café and restaurant uses from a shared super lobby on the ground floor and complemented by public realm improvements around the building and along City Road.
