250 City Road is a mixed-use development in London EC1.
The scheme comprises a 42-storey Carrara Tower and a 36-storey Aurora Tower.
The development will include 995 homes, 30% of which will be affordable. Completions from Q2 2019 to 2021. Valencia Tower completion expected 2023.
There will also be a 190 bedroom hotel, 75,000 sq ft of office space, 40,000 sq ft of retail space with shops, bars and restaurants, a 23,000 sq ft data centre and a creche. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2019.

The City Angel
The City Angel is a collection of 70 apartments at 250 City Road, available through Shared Ownership through Family Mosaic. Each one of the 70 studios and one-bed apartments (36 x Studio apartments, 31 x 1 bed apartments) is designed to a high specification.
