Overview

The Buckley Building is a former 1930s factory offering 87,000 sq ft office and retail space in Clerkenwell, London EC1.

The Buckley Building has been comprehensively refurbished to a high sustainability standard and has been rated as Very Good by BREEAM. The building's original crittall windows have all been reglazed for a high thermal performance without compromising their character. In addition, a modern air displacement ventilation system ensures an increased proportion of fresh air compared to older-style recirculating systems, while being far more economical to run.

2019 - Derwent London sells the 85,100 sq ft office building, multi-let producing a ‘topped-up’ income of £4.87m representing a net yield to the purchaser of 4.43%.

2007 - The building was acquired by Derwent London in 2007 and completely refurbished in 2013.
