Helical has completed another letting at 55 Bartholomew Close.

Clevertouch, a global leader in providing multi-award winning audio visual solutions, has agreed a 5-year lease at a headline rent of £75 psf for the entire 2,564 sq ft ground floor. Clevertouch joines hedge fund ShadowFall who leased the 5th-floor at earlier this year.

7,372 sq ft remains available to let in floorplates of 789 to 1,748 sq ft.
