Description of Featherstone Building

The Featherstone Building is a new commercial development next to Old Street station in London EC1.

The new building will comprise 125,000 sq ft of offices and retail.

The site sits immediately to the south of White Collar Factory development by Derwent London.

Transport: Just moments from the entrance to the Old Street tube station.


2016 February - Planning permission granted for a 125,000 sq ft office development - an 81% floor area uplift.

The development will replace two tired properties totalling
69,000 sq ft, which in 2017 were let in a short-term basis.

One of the buildings demolished is Monmouth House - a 3,900m2 office building from the 1960s in the City of London EC1.
