2019 August - The Allsop City leasing team secures law firm Kingsley Napley LLP as its principal tenant at Twenty Bonhill Street. The firm took a total of 51,344 sq. ft. at Twenty Bonhill across the ground floor, with its own entrance, and the first to fifth floors inclusive, leaving a remaining 21,711 sq. ft. available. Kingsley Napley with over 450 staff is relocating from Clerkenwell, where they reside in three buildings. The company will be moving in January 2021. Allsop acted on behalf of the developer. BH2 acted on behalf of Kingsley Napley.
