Savills has agreed a new letting to VOYA Investment Management at 35 King Street on behalf of London & Oriental.
The property investment and development company has agreed a new 10-year lease on the 1,691 sq ft (157 sq m) 6th floor office, at a rent of £75 sq ft (£807 sq m).
James Gillett, director in the Central London team at Savills, said: “35 King Street represents a prime City core location midway between Cheapside, which today boasts a strong retail and leisure offer, and Gresham Street. The rent achieved reflects this.”
