100 Bishopsgate is an office development in the heart of the City of London EC3.
The completed project will provide approximately 950,000 ft2 of best in class office and retail accommodation across two buildings, as well as a newly created half-acre public square.
Building One is a 181-metres tall 37-storey tower, uniquely offering 5 contiguous podium floors and a further 32 office floors of highly efficient column-free accommodation, each measuring approximately 20,000 ft2.
Building Two is a 7-storey building, to be developed behind a retained facade on St. Helen's Place. When complete it will feature a high-quality restaurant opening onto the public plaza and five office floors of 8,000 ft2 each.
The Worshipful Company of Leathersellers owns the freehold and will construct and pay for the Leathersellers' new Livery Hall and office building at 5/7 St. Helen's Place.

2014 October - Great Portland Estates plc sold their remaining 12.5% interest in the 100 Bishopsgate Partnership to Brookfield for £15.8million, following the exercise of the ‘put' option that was secured on sale of a 37.5% interest in the partnership in October 2012.
