Land Securities has pre-let One New Street Square in its entirety to Deloitte LLP, more than 12 months ahead of the development’s completion.
Due to complete in June 2016, Deloitte is taking 275,000 sq ft of space on a 20 year lease at One New Street Square, adding to the 256,000 sq ft of space it already has at the adjacent 2 and 3 New Street Square.

Our significant committed development programme is being delivered into a market which simply doesn’t have enough of the efficient and technically resilient space that today’s businesses require and we’re delighted to build on our recent leasing success.”
