In August 2015 intellectual property management services provider CPA Global Management Services took a lease of the whole of the first floor of the building, comprising 8,517 sq ft, at a rent of £383,265 p.a.
A 10-year lease was signed with technology solutions provider, HighQ Solutions, in September 2015, who will occupy 5,737 sq ft comprising part of the second floor of the building, paying an annual rent of £281,113.
