History

The original building was completed in 1987.

Site & Location

71 Queen Victoria Street is next to Mansion House tube station. The property, located on the southern side of Queen Victoria Street in the City of London, is bounded by Upper Thames Street, Garlick Hill, Great Trinity Lane, and Little Trinity Lane. The building is constructed on a slope, descending from Queen Victoria Street to Upper Thames Street. The main entrances face a small intersection where Great Trinity Lane and Little Trinity Lane meet, with a raised planter bed separating it from Queen Victoria Street. Although not listed or within a conservation area, it is in proximity to the Queen Street Conservation Area. Neighbouring buildings include 77 Queen Victoria Street and St James's Church.
