The North Island building is the fourth residential building at its development in the heart of The Tottenham Hale development in London N17.
The building comprises 136 new homes, including 80 shared ownership and 56 market sale.
3,000 sq ft of planned commercial space on the ground floor with flexible use for a café, restaurants and shops facing onto Station Road and The Hale, which leads directly to Tottenham Hale station.
The construction of the North Island building is part of Argent Related’s Tottenham Hale regeneration scheme which will create a fully-integrated new neighbourhood including over 1,000 new homes, 15 retail spaces, co-working and office space, a new health centre serving 30,000 local people, and three new public squares, all minutes from Tottenham Hale station. The scheme is vital for the future vision of the area, delivering green spaces, improved road networks and bus station, retail and leisure hubs, as well as affordable housing.
North Island has been designed by internationally acclaimed architects Alford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM).
International landscape architects Grants Associates have been commissioned to conceive the design of new public and green spaces.
Work on-site began February 2021 and works are anticipated to be completed in December 2022.
