Heart of Hale is a mixed-use development in the new Tottenham Hale Centre in London N17.
Related Argent is building 1,032 new homes, 15 new retail spaces, co-working and office space, a health centre serving 30,000 local people, and two football pitches’ worth of well-lit elegantly-paved public space with seating and 75 new trees.
The new homes are a mix of market sale, affordable and rental homes across 7 buildings.
The developer is working with a world-class consultant team including Alison Brooks Architects, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Pollard Thomas Edwards and RUFFarchitects, with landscaping design by Adams & Sutherland and Grant Associates.

Heart Of Hale is being delivered in partnership with Haringey Council and will feature a major new pedestrianised civic space at the heart of the Tottenham Hale masterplan, with Related Argent bringing together a rich programme of public art, events and activities creating a vibrant new destination for the local area. Retail and commercial spaces will also line the main square including shops, cafes, leisure and offices.

2019 March - Argent Related received planning consent from the London Borough of Haringey for a visionary masterplan for the centre of Tottenham Hale.
2018 July - Argent Related submits proposals for the major redevelopment of central Tottenham Hale.
