Description of Inglis Barracks

Inglis Barracks is a mixed-use development in Mill Hill, London NW7.

The 1st Phase at Millbrook Park will create over 100 new homes for sale and for rent. The site Millbrook Park Estate Phase 10 will eventually provide over 2,200 new homes in total.

Sanctuary is building a variety of homes, including 3-storey townhouses and apartments, as well as creating new landscaped public areas.

All houses will have their own private garden and parking spaces while all apartments will be provided with balconies or terraces. The design cleverly uses the changes in site levels to incorporate underground car parking for the apartments and to maximise the landscaped areas and public amenity space.

The first homes will be available for sale or rent in 2019.

2017 - In October Sanctuary Homes announces it has purchased land at Millbrook Park.

Former Inglis Barracks site, which was previously home to the Middlesex Regiment and the Royal Engineers Courier and Postal Service.
