The Precision is a new homes development in Greenwich, London SE10, which completed in 2017.
Precision comprises four 7 to 17 storey apartment blocks with 216 high-specification 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes.
The name comes from the site being located in Greenwich, where Greenwich Mean Time was set. 'A reminder of the centuries of research and scientific genius that enabled the discovery of globally significant information with ultimate accuracy and precision,' says the description on Weston Homes website in 2016.
2018 March - Weston Homes launches Skyline Apartments - four apartments with views over the Thames and Isle of Dogs, located 193 ft above ground on the top 17th floor of the Buchanan Tower, at the company’s Precision development in Greenwich. The four Skyline Apartments each provide three bedrooms, in two different layout styles, with the first pair being 1,227 sqft (114 sqm) in size, and the second pair providing 1,195 sqft (111 sqm) of living space. All the apartments have private recessed balconies, and are finished to a high specification. Each of the Skyline Apartments has an entrance hall which opens onto a spacious double reception room with strip wood flooring. Providing space for a living room and dining room the double reception spaces have floor to ceiling windows, and open onto a recessed balcony.
