The site on 2ha will be redeveloped with 738 homes, offices, retail and leisure facilities.
The development includes 236 affordable homes (35% by habitable room).
The Gasholder Building
The Gasholder Building is in the south-east corner of the Oval Gas Works site within the Grade II listed gasholder.

The Lime Grove House
The Lime Grove public space and the proposed residential buildings that face onto Woodall Lane.

The Vauxhall Street Building and The Generator
The Generator building is six storeys high on Vauxhall
Street, with a further storey of office accommodation.

Northeast corner of the site on the eastern side of Cutler’s Way, to the north of the Grade II listed Gasholder No.1.

The development was named Oval Village ahead of the launch in February 2019. Prior to that, the site was known as Oval Gasworks.
