The site has a resolution to grant planning permission from Southwark Council for a 312 residential apartment-led scheme ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments. The development includes a 36% affordable housing provision, along with 4,833 sq ft of Class A1 retail floor space and 19,569 sq ft of Class B1 commercial floor space.
The development will create two separate buildings, a north building and a south building separated by play space and landscaping, both with modern brick facades featuring geometric detailing on one side and expanses of glazing on another.
The north building includes four parts ranging from five to 28 storeys. The south building also includes four parts and ranges from three to 13 storeys.
The development includes 5,888 sq ft of communal amenities - 1,377 sq ft children’s play area and 4,672 sq ft of public open space.
The 0.55-hectare vacant site was previously used as a lorry park.

The 0.55ha site is located just 200 metres from South Bermondsey railway station which provides regular National Rail services into central London. The site is also just 0.2 miles from the 2025 planned New Bermondsey London Overground station. The development forms part of the New Bermondsey regeneration area and the Old Kent Road AAP with both areas being earmarked for significant regeneration.
