The site has the resolution to grant planning permission from Southwark Council for a 312 residential apartment-led scheme ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments. The development includes a 36% affordable housing provision, along with 4,833 sq ft of Class A1 retail floor space and 19,569 sq ft of Class B1 commercial floor space.

The development will create two separate buildings, a north building and a south building separated by play space and landscaping, both with modern brick facades featuring geometric detailing on one side and expanses of glazing on another.

The north building includes four parts ranging from five to 28 storeys. The south building also includes four parts and ranges from three to 13 storeys.
