Tavern Quay
Key Details
Overview
Tavern Quay is a development in London
The development comprises 76 luxury apartments built in two phases.
Residents will draw their hot water and heating from a combined heat and power plant (CHP), which delivers a minimum 10% energy saving and cost savings of between 15% and 40% (over power sourced from the national grid).
Every apartment and penthouse is also complete with ‘Nest' wifi controlled thermostats, which program themselves, automatically turn down when you're away and can be controlled from a smartphone, leading to improved convenience, economy and sustainability.
Other ‘green' highlights at Tavern Quay include safe underground cycle storage to encourage the use of non-polluting two wheels instead of four; low energy light fittings throughout the development; low water use sanitary ware and dual flush WCs.
Launched Summer 2014, with 26 high specification apartments (23 apartments, 1 penthouse apartment and 2 penthouse duplexes). Lock House was complete in early spring 2015.
