SET Woolwich is a commercial building in Woolwich, London SE18.

The building is used as an Arts Centre providing 140,000 sq ft of studio space for 250 artists.

LOWE with arts charity SET launched SET Woolwich in February 2021. The space hosts workspaces and exhibition space and is one of the largest meanwhile spaces in London. The project runs for a guaranteed 18-month period, with three months rolling thereafter.

The studios are some of the most affordable in London with prices at £0.9 per sq. ft. per calendar month, all-inclusive, ranging from 200 sq. ft. to whole floors totalling 5,000 sq. ft.
