The existing façade will be partially retained and the development will provide 137 new homes alongside 824 sq.m. of office space and a ground floor café.

The proposed buildings on a 0.097 hectare site are designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and range between 23-27 storeys.

The existing building is a 3- storey late Victorian building which was historically used for light industrial purposes and more recently occupied by 19 live-work units.
