30 St James's Square is a building in St James's, London SW1.
The building is situated on the corner of St James's Square and Pall Mall. Currently the site comprises 21-22 Pall Mall as well. These were linked together by Trehearne Architects in the 1970s.
History
2019 - The building is being refurbished by British Grolux Investments. Main Contractor - 21 Construction. Completed in 2020.
21 Pall Mall was built in 1911 commissioned by the car manufacturer Renault as a showroom. The architect was Edward Boehmer from the practice Boehmer and Gibbs. Boehmer was a prolific architect and a number of his works have since been listed.
22 Pall Mall was built between 1878 and 1880,
commissioned by the Imperial Insurance Company to designs by architects and surveyors, Osborn and Russell. 22 Pall Mall is one of their few surviving works.
