News: (1)

4 Grosvenor Gardens is trending because of the group of squatters that moved into the building on Wednesday 1st of February 2017.

The group was evicted from Eaton Square property owned by Russian tycoon Andrey Goncharenko the same day.

One of the squatters said to Evening Standard: "It's better than the other building in many ways. It has water and heat. We know they will try and get us out if here but we will hopefully have a while."
