8-10 Great George Street is a redevelopment of an existing office building into a residential building with commercial premises in Westminster, London SW1.

The development comprises 60,000 sq.ft of residential space to the upper floors and a 5,000 sq.ft retail unit at ground floor level.

Proposals presented to Westminster City Council (ref. no. 13/10511/FULL):
Use of part ground floor and upper floors as 21 residential flats (Class C3), use of part lower ground floor and part ground floor as restaurant (Class A3) and use of part basement and part lower ground floor for residential parking. External alterations including the removal of rooftop plant enclosures and replacement with a single storey extension, remodelling of the Little Sanctuary elevation and introduction of balconies to lightwells.

The existing building was completed in 1930 as the offices for the Middlesex County Council. Before the redevelopment, the building was home to the Liberal Democrats London headquarters.
