Change of use of retail bank (Class A2) at basement and ground floor level and private bank (sui generis) at ground and mezzanine level to restaurant (Class A3) use. Reconfiguration of existing office (Class B1) floorspace at basement, ground and first to fifth floor level. External alterations including rationalisation of plant area at roof level and removal of section of stone balustrade to provide access to roof terrace area and replacement of existing balustrading with new at fifth floor level. Associated internal alterations. (Site at 7-10 Waterloo Place).
