Nova is a mixed-use property development in Victoria, London SW1.
The development completed in April 2017 and comprises five buildings occupying the island site opposite Victoria Station bounded by Bressenden Place, Victoria Street and Buckingham Palace Road, SW1.
The 897,000 sq ft development houses world-class office space, high-quality apartments and a cluster of inventive and exciting restaurants, eateries, bars and rotating food experiences.

1. The Nova Building at 77 Buckingham Palace Road - 166,000 sq ft residential, 80,000 sq ft retail - completed in October 2016. Designed by Benson + Forsyth. Interior design by FLINT London throughout. Show apartments by FLINT London, Amos & Amos, Morpheus and Bowler James Brindley.
2. Nova South, Victoria, SW1 296,000 sq ft offices - completing July 2016
3. Nova North, Victoria, SW1 184,000 sq ft offices - completing August 2016

Benson & Forsyth are delivering the statement residential fronting Buckingham Palace Road with Flanagan Lawrence. Lynch Architects are responsible for the signature mixed use civic building fronting Victoria Street.
