Overview
Brooks's Club house is a Palladian style built of yellow brick and Portland stone in St James's, London SW1.
Brooks's gentlemen's club was founded in March 1764 and was at first situated at 49 Pall Mall. In September 1777 William Brooks commissioned Henry Holland to design and construct a purpose built clubhouse at St James's Street. The building was completed in October 1778.
