55-59 Lombard Road is a mixed-use development in Battersea, London SW11.
The scheme comprises two buildings. One building will range in height from 1 to 20 storeys and accommodate retail floor space on the ground floor with 168 residential units and office floorspace above. The second building will be an upgraded Big Yellow self-storage facility alongside flexible offices and an artists’ studio.
The residential part will include the provision of 35% of the total units and habitable rooms as affordable housing, including a policy compliant mix of intermediate and affordable rental units. There are 3 residential blocks that provide dedicated access to the units for each tenure, which are arranged around a landscaped podium level available for all residents.
