Lacoste, represented by Savills, has acquired the leasehold interest on a new flagship store on 48 Brompton Road, London from French Connection.
The designer sports brand paid French Connection a premium of £800,000 for a lease with a term of 11 years remaining. Lacoste will pay £500,000 per annum on the 7,000 sq ft (650 sq m) store.
Anthony Selwyn, Savills Retail Director, comments: "This store will provide Lacoste with a superb flagship in London and will feature their new modern design concept paired with the traditional iconic range."
