344-350 Old Brompton Road is a residential-led development on the site of the former Tournament pub and the buildings opposite West Brompton Station in Earls Court, London SW5.

The scheme will deliver 51 new homes in three, four, five and eight-storey connected blocks, including 35% of affordable homes and mixed-used frontage to the west of the site.

History

First licensed in the 1870s, the Tournament Pub as it became known in the 1960s, closed its doors in 2011.

2021 April - Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea approves plans for the redevelopment of the site to the designs by Pilbrow & Partners.

2021 January - Planning application submitted for the redevelopment of the site to provide new residential units (Class C3) and flexible commercial (Class E) floorspace within a new building ranging in height from 4 to 9 storeys; together with plant and cycle parking facilities and associated servicing, access, landscaping and all associated ancillary works and structures.
