2021 January - Planning application submitted for the redevelopment of the site to provide new residential units (Class C3) and flexible commercial (Class E) floorspace within a new building ranging in height from 4 to 9 storeys; together with plant and cycle parking facilities and associated servicing, access, landscaping and all associated ancillary works and structures.
