Overview

One Nine Elms is a new development at the Market Towers site in Nine Elms, Vauxhall, London SW8.

One of the two towers is home to Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences and Park Hyatt London River Thames Hotel, set to open in early 2024.

The buildings designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox architects will create over 730,000sq ft of residential space, 267,000sq ft of hotel accommodation and 1,000sq ft of retail space across two towers.

This is part of the Thames City masterplan that incorporates twelve buildings, a new urban square, a secondary community space and a children’s playground on Miles Street.

River Tower
The first 18 floors of the 42-storey River Tower will house a 5-star hotel, including a luxury spa, ballroom and clubhouse restaurant set above the hotel-room floors.

Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences
The 57-storey tower includes 103 apartments for sale above Park Hyatt Hotel from level 20. Launched for sale by agent JLL on 29th June 2023.

The residents of Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences have access to the hotel’s pool and spa, personalised treatments, nail salon and fully-equipped fitness centre.

Other amenities include a secluded outdoor rooftop area for relaxation, complete with a play area to keep children entertained. The residents’ lounge on the 19th floor offers spectacular views.

City Tower
The 58-storey residential tower will be reaching 199.9 meters in height. The tower contains 382 new apartments, including 52 affordable apartments and 328 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments & 2 penthouses. Level 50 of the City Tower will offer an impressive residential lounge and sky garden, showcasing stunning views of London across the River Thames.
